Delete Account

Signed-in users can submit an account deletion request from Settings. If you cannot access your account, send the request from the email address on your Zebra Herd account to hello@zebraherd.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include your account email and, if available, your profile handle. Do not include passwords or sensitive identity documents in email.

Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify your profile, takes, comments, images, Gentleman's Bets, Stripes, badges, settings, and account data from normal product use.

Some records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, moderation history, dispute handling, backups, audit logs, or app-store obligations. Retained records should be limited and disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and process approved deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter legal period applies or retention is required.
