Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and how you use ZebraHerd, you may be able to request access to your data, a data export, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, opt-out of certain advertising or sharing uses, appeal of certain privacy decisions, or more detail about how your information is processed.

Signed-in users can submit account deletion from Settings. For other privacy rights requests, or if you cannot access your account, send the request from the email address on your ZebraHerd account to support@zebraherd.com with the subject line Privacy Rights Request.

Include the request type, your account email, and your profile handle if available. Do not include passwords.

We may need to verify that you control the account before fulfilling a request. We confirm receipt of a verifiable request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. Where the law allows we may extend that once, by up to 45 further days, and we will tell you before the first 45 days are up. In practice we usually answer a good deal sooner.
